I think it's a mistake to have building=yes when leisure=stadium is already tagged. Both mapnik and osmarenderer recognize the leisure=stadium tag. I think the building is implicit--otherwise it's a pitch.

Things turn really hard if someone wants to query a database for all buildings (say, they want to find the largest buildings) in an area, but would have to do a "select * from areas where building=* or leisure=stadium or parking=multi_storey or amenity=hospital or ...", i.e. test for all things that are likely building outlines if drawn as areas; better state separately the existence of the structure called "building" and the leisure use case.
