This would cover also all the tracks in Africa which are only usable in the dry season. There are even countries with rain barriers which stop lorries while it is too wet.

It can be rendered with thick blue borders.

• Australia's northern end also has a wet/dry season which can make a lot of roads unusable for months at a time, but that isn't really applicable to what's being proposed as those roads become unusable seasonally. What's proposed is roads that get closed due to intermittent rain fall, which can be heavy enough to cause anything up to major flooding and inundating of areas.
