Specify which exact technology/technologies are covered by the tagging scheme

I think the proposal should be very specific about which technology/technologies are (not) covered by this tagging scheme. Ideally this would include the names of the relevant technical standard(s) and how a mapper can recognize/differentiate them.

A relevant standards may be IEC 60118-4:2014+AMD1:2017 .
