Difference between the tourism=guest_house and tourism=homestay

For me, difference between tourism=guest_house and tourism=homestay is unclear. I suggest guest_house=homestay instead. Something B wiki (talk) 09:37, 13 September 2022 (UTC)

Characteristics of homestays

Isn't the characteristic feature of a homestay that it is also a home in which the proprietor(s) live? And that the guest is likely to be sharing facilities and perhaps meals with a family which lives permanently in the building? The proposal currently makes no mention of this.
