I would prefer to support the third proposal (Timetable relations)

That would cover timetables of first stop, but also every others.

Examples

A ferry route mapped as a way that departs Mo-Fr at times:

   Forward direction of the way: 07:00, 09:00, 11:00, 13:00, 15:00, 17:00, 19:00
   Backward direction of the way: 08:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 18:00, 20:00

you must use the tag "interval" here
