  • Tshirts - Add www.openstreetmap.org to the logo. Find out about printing and get the shirts printed. 1st July cut-off for tshirts.
  • Email to users who indicated an interest in attending 80n 09:26, 8 June 2007 (BST)
  • Print off conference programmes for the day - Nickb
  • Prepare a splash screen for sponsors etc - Nickb
  • Coffee urn - 80n
  • Spare projector (for IRC display) and flip chart/message board - 80n
  • Contact Jonathan Bennett to write a press release - nickb
  • Contact StorageDepot re some NaviGPSs for sale - 80n
  • Have a pin hanging over Manchester, adversing SOTM - Nick will contact Mcknut

  • Add a notice about SOTM and a link on the OSM front page
  • Add links to UofM information about the venue - Andy
