- Prasong - extending SotM one day earlier or after FOSS4G is possible, or even extending it throughout the week.
- Ark: question about the language issue - “If the language issue can be resolved, overlapping events, with one day extension is possible, would work.”
- Ribin: Paper transcript of the keynote in both Thai and in English can be helpful. - Iyan: Transcript & translation should be available for keynote only, not for all sessions. It’s quite costly too.
- Ribin: Technical question rather than a comment. Events happening together, can the SotM participants join the session too? Or will they need to buy separate tickets? vice versa for both events
- Attendees agreed that SotM Asia 2023 is to be held in Bangkok, Thailand on Nov. 16-18
- Arjun: would like to announce that “SoTM Asia 2023 be held in Bangkok Thailand details to follow”

- Bidders should prepare a wiki page for their bids to make it accessible.
