Running yourself

Note that there seem to be new restrictions in place (see https://operations.osmfoundation.org/policies/tiles/), so that the original code provided by dfacts no longer works for me. Specifically, the "generic" User-Agent string seems to be the problem. You can find my updated version here: https://github.com/crox-net/staticmaplite
