Status "proposed" ?

May be formally correct so but I am wondering if it makes any sense given that aerialway=* is "de facto". RicoZ (talk) 11:19, 17 February 2015 (UTC)

I think it's status would only be affected by aerialway=* if it was included in aerialway's original proposal. This proposal seems to be fairly straightforward, so I agree with what you did (starting the RFC phase in the aerialway=zip_line page to get it accepted soon). I think you should not be afraid to become the owner of the proposal and change it however you see fit. By the way, I think 90 uses is already a considerable number for this kind of feature.
