Deprecated by approved tag office=government?

The tag for office=government was approved in 2016 and appears to work for most uses of this tag: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/w/index.php?oldid=1551112 - or perhaps amenity=townhall is sometimes the more appropriate tag (also approved status). Seems like a good idea, especially as this tag mixes all kinds of diverse administration (of HOA, country, company, parish, mailing list... Ok, the last one is unlikely). Mateusz Konieczny (talk) 20:11, 20 May 2020 (UTC)

If unspecified, government=administrative can be used, so this may be the more direct replacement. office=government on its own sound like including the executive branch only, over-shadowing the legislature and judiciry. -- Kovposch (talk) 10:52, 21 May 2020 (UTC)
