It's another tag for motorcycle:clothes=*, just not as precise (as there's not a value, such as "helmet"). As mentioned above, you should also think about :sales, :rental; :repair a.s.o. Shop_suffix. There should be the same principle for each shop type, not another one invented from scratch such as for https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/tagging/2018-May/036119.html Rtfm (talk) 13:04, 8 April 2023 (UTC)
