Should defensive_works=battery be used for historic/dismiss installations only, right? I think the wikipage should be more specific.

I hope militarʏ=battery should be used for working batteries, instead. Moving the working military structures out of the military tag domain is not a good thing, in my opinion. --Ale Zena IT (talk) 09:14, 28 January 2022 (UTC)

Thanks for bringing this up. I agree with you that military=* should remain the main key for mapping operational military structures and that I haven't documented this in a sufficiently explicit way. I'll see how I can improve this. --501ghost (talk) 04:18, 1 February 2022 (UTC)
