Vehicles or pedestrians?
How can we state whether the entrance is for cars or for pedestrians? —-Dieterdreist (talk) 21:17, 8 July 2018 (UTC)
Why the requirement for a hospital entrance?
Why should this be added to a hospital entrance? IMHO it would make more sense to add it as part of the perimeter to an emergency_ward object (i.e. an emergency ward entrance, as the tag suggests). Also because bigger hospitals might have several entrances and it might be faster to reach the emergency ward by passing through the hospital grounds in some cases (depending on your position). --Dieterdreist (talk) 22:47, 8 July 2018 (UTC)

Re: entrance=* is a 100% fine combination
Regarding this change, I completely agree it's useful. The reason I removed it from "useful combination" in the sidebar is that I instead added it under "requires". A required combination is obviously a useful combination too. --JeroenvanderGun (talk) 16:33, 24 August 2021 (UTC)

I am not convinced that entrance is an required tag, because entrance must be set on a building outline, which is not necessarily the case for a ward entrance Dieterdreist (talk) 19:07, 24 August 2021 (UTC)
- I merely changed the sidebar to match the body of the article, which currently says "The node should be an entrance (entrance=*)". --JeroenvanderGun (talk) 21:01, 24 August 2021 (UTC)
