Location of buried features in the seafloor

Purpose of location=underwater is to state features are underwater.
As cables or pipelines could be embedded in the seafloor, should they be described as underwater or underground?
Particularly for cables, there can be sections where the cable is just laid on the sea floor and other sections where the cable is buried. It would interesting to make a difference, if data is publicly available Fanfouer (talk) 18:14, 10 December 2020 (UTC)
