Applicable ways

Page indicates to "Add roundabout=turbo to the same parts as the parts that have junction=roundabout." however if there is no inner closed loop around which it is legal/possible to drive, then there are NO ways eligible to be marked as junction=roundabout, and therefore none to which roundabout=turbo are applicable. This is a real world form of roundabout, but not a valid OSM roundabout; just a bunch of oneway ways. Tools mark non-loop junction=roundabout as errors which people will correct by removing the junction=roundabout, hopefully ensuring oneway=yes is present, and likely completely missing the presence of any roundabout=turbo tag. --Cebderby (talk) 14:19, 11 November 2023 (UTC)
