Combination with leisure=pitch

Water areas isn't a pitches in common sense. Maybe it is better to use leisure=water_sports_area or similar? Something B (talk) 11:47, 27 March 2023 (UTC)

@Something B: I would recommend making thread at https://community.openstreetmap.org/ if you look for actual responses (talk page comments make sense mostly when you want to ask about specific proposed edit that can be controversial and want to give chance to protest, for inventing new tags better consult wider OSM community, especially if you want to replace existing in use ones) Mateusz Konieczny (talk) 06:28, 6 December 2023 (UTC)
