There was a cleanup-message asking to add a introductory sentence which I did and it said:
The page was written by a non-native english speaker. The word "calibration" is probably used incorrectly.
Yes some of the page was written by me, a german, but the word calibration is used correctly, see for example: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Exporting_calibrated_maps, or just look at the file extensions *.cal, *.kal (for the german Glopus)
