Merge with Tile Abuse?

I find this page title "Tile Clients" a bit odd. If it was a list of any tile clients, it would be huge. Maybe it should be renamed "Abusive tile clients" or "Tile abusers", but then... could just move this list onto the bottom of the "Tile Abuse" page?

Separate apps wiki pages

I'd also suggest that we create wiki pages about separate apps. This is happening already for many apps as a promotional thing of course, but there's nothing to say we can't document bad things about apps too. Amenity Editor is an example of this. We can highlight any problems we have apps. We have space to include lots of information about exactly what the app is doing wrong, who has contacted them etc. And perhaps even categorise them as "tile abusers". There's already a Category:Tile downloading. I'll link that from here actually
