Signed Historic US Routes

Since some historic routes are signed like US66 lets discuss how to tag them. I think a network=US:US:Historic ref=H-US 66 or ref=HR 66 might be a good way. --Nickvet419 . 17:25, 22 May 2023 (UTC)

It's probably a bad idea to change how we tag the route relationship (a route relation with network=US:US:Historic with ref=66) considering that data consumers already use this (OSM Americana renders a brown US shield). Popball (talk) 14:36, 23 May 2023 (UTC)
