Mapping closed water points
What is the point of mapping operational_status=closed water points? Historical data is out of scope for OSM and it will just make harder to use this data. ("nearest water point is here, 20km away" => after arriving - "well it is a water point, just with operational_status=closed") Mateusz Konieczny (talk) 18:29, 28 May 2020 (UTC)
