suspicious exclusivity claim

Maybe I am wrong but "This does include data which you have added to OSM yourself, unless you contributed your surveys to public domain and added to OSM first. If you surveyed an area and input your own data in OpenStreetMap, you cannot input that data into Wikimapia" ([1]) seems clearly wrong - https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Licence/Contributor_Terms has "You hereby grant to OSMF a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable licence".

Maybe somebody was confused by fact that it is not OK to copy data from OSM that was partially provided by a given user? Mateusz Konieczny (talk) 21:04, 5 November 2017 (UTC)

The license is not exclusive but Wikimapia does not have sufficient origin tracking to verify that attribution was not violated. Therefore OSM first. Erkin Alp Güney (talk) 08:09, 6 November 2017 (UTC)
