关于本标签值的命名规则 The value naming rules of this tag

当前本键存在拼音与英文两种值的命名方式而导致混乱，也使在当前条目未尽情况下提出新的值无法可依。

故在此投票以商定统一的命名规则：是否使用英文翻译（以官方文件译法为准）而非拼音命名，或是使用中文命名

中英参半肯定是要改的，而且这也是因为当初照顾china_population=*的存在而做出的等级区分，未来肯定是冲着两种极端去走，要么全盘中文，要么全英文或者全拼音拉丁转写（不带调号的那种），然后就考虑如何兼顾对外和对内的易读易懂了 --快乐的老鼠宝宝 (talk) 05:12, 18 September 2021 (UTC)

  • I approve this proposal I approve this proposal. 我的理由是这个key主要是由大陆用户维护，而英文翻译并非显而易见（即便懂英文可能都不确定）。对于非中文数据使用者来说，参考对照表也许是最好的办法。最好请这个key的最早使用者

china_class

@Katpatuka: Dear Katpatuka sir, here are 2 main view in China's local community about how to rename china_class, once we reached a consensus in small area but after the china_population=* problem the correct for tagging guideline between {{key|place}] and china_class=* have re-raise, so using English character or Chinese character have been controversy again.(And we wish this time will the latest). @Katpatuka: Although a renderer chooses a simpler tag to distinguish administrative levels, I think it is useful at least to distinguish administrative villages from natural villages, and novices may not know the difference. Since there are currently no suitable tagging schemes for municipal districts, subdistricts and various non-statutory administrative divisions, such a tag also has an identifying meaning. --Lepus (talk) 10:01, 4 October 2021 (UTC)

其他命名细则的讨论

1. 自治州、地区、盟的标注方案

当前部分绘图者将自治州、地区、盟视同为地级市，以place=city标注。然而这既不是中国行政区划的规定，更不符合OSM对city的定义，只能视作是一种tagging for the renderer的行为。如同省一样，不具有城市身份的行政区划应该仅以行政区关联表示，place=city是多余的。Lepus (talk) 03:18, 18 September 2021 (UTC)

自治州、地区、盟应该是place=region吗？因为目前osmwiki上的内容是互相矛盾的，Zh-hans:中华人民共和国按照place=city，而Zh-hans:中国标注指南按照place=region。 TerryZhang (talk) 09:10, 18 September 2021 (UTC)
@TerryZhang:place=region字面意思是相符的，但是OSM不鼓励用place=region标注行政区，而是只需要标注行政区关系，行政区标注place=*是多余的。Zh-hans:中华人民共和国与Zh-hans:中国标注指南以及其他相关的条目部分内容是重复的、冲突的，这说明社群未达成共识。行政区划相关的问题应先在Talk:China/Boundaries讨论，商定标准后再修改条目。Lepus (talk) 09:29, 18 September 2021 (UTC)

现有方案使用prefectural_capital标注非地级市地级行政区之首府，然而地级行政区之首府可以是县级市，也可以是县，此值使得不能区分其中的差别。是否考虑取消此值，仅以capital=*来标示，或是拟定新的值以区分？Lepus (talk) 05:50, 19 September 2021 (UTC)

关于精简化

一个问题，就是有没有必要划分那么详细。如县级行政区有七八种子类型，对于渲染和大多数用户来说，只需要知道大类，就好比admin_level，一个数字，通用和效率最高，以后再加不管什么新类型都不用改规则。--Strongwillow (talk) 13:02, 20 September 2021 (UTC)

昌平区到底算什么等级？

对于这种直辖市下面的区，算地级市？算市辖区？如北京市（直辖市，是省级）下的昌平区relation 2988894 （是一个弱智提问，但是还望其他贡献者书面建议或说明） 当然，他们下面的乡镇，应该是肯定对应表里面的乡镇了，如南口镇• 4721269062 --快乐的老鼠宝宝 (talk) 07:54, 27 September 2021 (UTC)

行政区划是市辖区，行政级别(即其行政机构官员的级别)是正地厅级。现在的place:CN=*记录的是行政区划的类型。Lepus (talk) 14:54, 27 September 2021 (UTC)
