Te Araroa Tag regime

This page will document the tag translation for the Te Araroa import. The data we receive will have a set of tags attached - some or all of these will be added to the data we import. Thus, we need a table to relate the two.

Te araroa is a collection of mainly existing walk, such as the auckland coast to coast walk. these walks are tagged by adding them to the respective relations. these relations are then added to the Te araroa 'super-relation'. This ensures the walks are present in OSM as both the individual sections adn the overall TA walk
