Usage Note

The Local Proposal Page Template was designed to be used on pages for Local proposals. See Proposal process and local variants on how to use the template as part of the local proposal process. Local proposals are for local clarifications and guidelines for tagging but also for other general local applications like Memorandums, contracts etc... that need a voting process by local community members.

They are different from global proposals as described in the Proposal process and listed on the Proposed features Page. They are listed on a localised category page (to be defined with the parameter namespace and might restrict the counted votes in the voting process to local users, defined in the votingmembers parameter.

This template is used to mark proposals and providing a short intro.
