This template is intended for referring to Dutch cycle highways (snelfietsroutes), in the form of small plates with an F-number.
Usage
How to use: {{Ref-NL-F|Number|Background colour|Text colour}}.
The text colour is optional and by default white.
Example
{{Ref-NL-F|344|800000}}gives: F 344.
