This template is intended for inclusion in the text pointer to the E-road network route in the form of small plates. It is also a link to Wikipedia page for that route.

Localisation
A second optional parameter allows overriding the name of the Wikipedia article to link to (it can also contain a Wikipedia language prefix).
Note that:
- icons are in files named
File:Tabliczka Enumber.svg
, borrowed from Wikimedia Commons (see w:c:Category:Diagrams of European road signs). - leading zeroes in the number are significant: "E 01" is not the same road as "E 001"; the number should have 2 or 3 digits.
