Usage
Generate a reference to a state file, with some defaults:
Parameters:
- 1 = Level as it appears in the file name (no NA).
- 2 = State name (Foot, Bike, ...)
- 3 = Describing text (defaults to Parameter 1)
- 4 = Suffix to the text (preceded by a space if present; defaults to "(<level>/4)".)
- ext = Extension (defaults to .svg)
