Template talk:Babel
The Template:User ! included here doesn't seem to work at OSM compared to wikipedia. It actually only inserts a new table column (<td>
)... is it possible that <td>
is not allowed in includeable html setting? Or am I missing something?! --katpatuka 13:58, 3 March 2009 (UTC)
Probably Tidy is disabled so invalid markup is not fixed automatically. --Tgr 09:29, 14 September 2009 (UTC)
The multilingual category does not seem too useful. One of the category cross-section tools would make more sense. --Tgr 09:32, 14 September 2009 (UTC)
Operating System in Babel Template?
So says the article: "Your Babel box is for showing the languages that you know, as well as the operating system, keyboard layout, web browser, desktop environment, and text editor that you are most comfortable with."
Please show us how to include OS|Windows, etc. in the {.{Babel|<box1>|<box2>|<box3>...}.} format since it requires a pipe(aka |) in order to specify OS.
