Template talk:Translation not complete

This template seems cannot determine language of original document, when art parameter is passed. For example by putting {{translation not complete|art=Wiki_guidelines}} it returns language of current page. You may want to test it on a non-English page. iriman (talk) 20:45, 20 June 2019 (UTC)

This template references the {{Langcode}} template which calls the Module:Langcode script, which always returns the language inferred from the name of the current page. We could possibly have alternative more general versions of these. --Andrew (talk) 21:35, 20 June 2019 (UTC)

I owe you an apology. When I was optimising Langcode some months ago I didn’t realise the code to test the language of pages othere than the current page was actually being used. --Andrew (talk) 10:36, 22 June 2019 (UTC)
