Proposal

Proposed are two new values sport=wheel and sport=cyr_wheel for wheel gymnastics using the Rhönrad (also known as aero wheel) and the cyr wheel (also known are mono wheel).

Rationale

Wheel gymnastics originated in the Palatinate, but there are now clubs all over the world. There is an international federation for wheel gymnastics: IRV. A list of sports clubs offering wheel gymnastics in Germany can be found here, which lists 195 clubs and claims that over 200 exist in Germany.

While these two sports are grouped together as wheel gymnastics, wheel is significantly more popular in Germany, so this is a meaningful distinction for someone looking for a sports club that offers the cyr_wheel. The simpler value of wheel goes to Rhönrad, since it is the older variant and avoids using an umlaut in the tag value.

Features/Pages affected

Both entries should be added to sports=* and sports=wheel/sports=cyr_wheel should both redirect to a page on wheel gymnastics that explains them. Wheel gymnastics should also be mentioned on sport=gymnastics. Note that the International Gymnastics Federation does not currently recognize wheel gymnastics as a discipline.
