East Africa coastline

• Downloaded the data from NGA see PGS_whitepaper (Shapefile02.zip and got NGA_GlobalShoreline_cd2 files)
• Executing the perl script: perl coast_josm.pl -2 -1 40 55 2, perl coast_josm.pl -1 0 40 55 2 and so on
  • result was coast+40+55+-2+-1.osm to be used with JOSM
• From this [1] page, you can find the coastal regions as east Africa is region 2
