Autauga County
- Beginning on the Alabama River at the mouth of the lower Mulberry Creek, thence running up the main stream thereof to where the line dividing the nineteenth and twentieth township crosses the same,
- thence east along said line to the range line between thirteen and fourteen,
- thence north along the said line to the east-west centerline of township twenty,
- thence east along the said line to the range line dividing ranges sixteen and seventeen,
- thence south along said line to the Alabama River,
- thence running downstream to the point of beginning.

Baldwin County
- Beginning at that point on the Alabama river where it unites with Little river; thence up Little river to the point where said river is intersected by the range line between ranges four and five, east of the basis meridian line of the land district east of the Pearl river,
- thence south along the range line between the ranges four and five, to the thirty first degree of north latitude,
- thence east along said line to where the same intersects the Perdido river,
- thence down said river to the mouth thereof,
- thence along the coast of the Gulf of Mexico to the channel or pass between Mobile point and Dauphin Island,
- thence through said pass and the middle of Mobile bay to the mouth of Spanish river,
- thence up Spanish river to its junction with the Mobile river,
- thence up the eastern channel of Mobile river to the mouth of Lizzard creek,
- thence through Lizzard creek to Middle river, so called,
- thence up the main channel of said Middle river to its junction with the Tensaw river,
- thence up the Tensaw river to its junction with Mobile river,
- thence up Mobile river to the junction of the Tombeckbee and Alabama rivers,
- thence up Tombeckbee river to the mouth of the Cut Off, so called,
- thence through the Cut Off to the Alabama river,
- thence up the Alabama river to the mouth of Little river, the place of beginning.

Barbour County
- Beginning on the Chattahoochee river where the township line line between townships twelve and thirteen intersects the Chattahoochee,
- thence west along said line to the line between sections thirty-four and thirty-five, township thirteen, range twenty-nine,
- the line here is defined "as to include one hundred and seventy acres in section thirty-four, township thirteen, range twenty-nine, now part and parcel of the estate of Jesse Lee, of Barbour county, within the boundaries of Barbour county"

- thence west along said line (between townships twelve and thirteen) to the north fork of the Cowikee creek, thence up said creek on the west bank of said creek to the line between sections nine and sixteen, township 13, range twenty-eight,
- thence west along said line... the line here is defined "as to include sixty acres in section nine, and ninety acres in the southeast corner of section eight, in township thirteen, range twenty-eight, now part and parcel of the estate of Americus C. Mitchell, of Russell county, within the boundaries of Russell county"

- thence west along said line to the line dividing sections two and three, township thirteen, range twenty-six,

- thence west along said line to the north-south centerline of township thirteen, range twenty-six, dividing sections three and four,

- thence north along said line... the line here is defined to include "the south-east quarter of section eighteen, in township twelve, and range twenty-six, and sixteen acres on the south side of the northeast quarter of section eighteen, in township twelve, of range twenty-six, now part and parcel of the real estate of W. M. Russell of Barbour county, within the boundary of Barbour county"

- thence west along said line to the Pea river,
- thence down said river "to the Dale county line" - this is the line between townships seven and eight - source needed
- thence east along said line "until it intersects the Henry county line"' - this is the line between sections thirty-four and thirty-five, township 8, range twenty-six - source needed
- thence north along said line until it intersects the township line between the eighth and ninth township,
- thence east along said line until it "strikes a branch running between Willis L. Crow's, and Henry R. Scott's, both on Henry county, said branch known as Scott's spring branch; then down the various courses of said branch, to the Chattahooche river", - this needs checked, and actually mapped
- The county line shown on the Barbour County GIS is dramatically different from the approximate version in the old import, and obviously follows the course of the waterway
- Waterway is shown on USGS topo map as "Sandy Creek"
