Who
My name is windgarden. I'm mapping in my spare time or on holiday.
Why
OSM is a great community project. I used garmin gps devices long before OSM was introduced and had to pay a lot of money for maps. Since OSM is available there is no need to pay anything for good maps. Thanks to all people that put a lot of effort into the generation of device compatible maps out of the OSM data.
When
I'm using gps devices on my bike, my motor bike, my car and when hiking.
