OpenSeaMap English page mistakenly translated
Hi there. I noticed that you have been translating the OpenSeaMap page into, I believe, Dutch. I'm sure everyone appreciates your work. Just a friendly notice that you're translating Dutch over the English page. There is actually a way in this wiki for languages to be translated. See this page for more info DE:Wiki_Translation. In the meanwhile, the page you're trying to translate is here DE:OpenSeaMap. I would recommend reverting your changes you made regauging translating from English to Dutch on OpenSeaMap. Then go to DE:OpenSeaMap and update there. I wouldnt want you to waste anymore of your time because those changes will be reverted. I hope all is well. =) --Frankthetankk (talk) 21:25, 8 September 2014 (UTC)
- Hi, it appears you keep trying to translate this same page OpenSeaMap with this edit here. I'm sorry to inform you that you're editing translations over an English page. This is an incorrect way of translating a page. You need to go to this page DE:OpenSeaMap with the lang code "DE" in front of pages and edit the page's language there.
Sorry I did it again. How can we bring the original English text back ? Jan vH
- It's no problem at all. I reverted the changed for you so don't worry. So you know, I believe the process to undo changes is go to the history section then hit the "undo" link next to the edit you want to modify. I apologize for getting the language page wrong. It appears you're trying to edit NL:OpenSeaMap and not DE. :) --Frankthetankk (talk) 19:36, 11 September 2014 (UTC)
