Remove "translation out of synch" template; how can this page be out-of-sync with itself?

An English wiki page can be out of translation if the version of another language has more content which is relevant for more than one countries. I've have readded the template until translation (I will propably do it). --Nakaner (talk) 05:47, 22 July 2014 (UTC)

@Nakaner: shouldn't such a template invocation indicate which language it refers to, if that language is not english?
