Let's map all the vaccination centres in OpenStreetMap

Data model

The data model is documented here: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/Tag:healthcare%3Dvaccination_centre

We can use the lifecycle tags to map places that haven't opened yet:

healthcare=vaccination_centre proposed:healthcare=vaccination_centre construction:healthcare=vaccination_centre was:healthcare=vaccination_centre

User Frans Napaters kindly made a MapComplete theme about the topic. For the moment, the code lives at his user page, but we'll get that in a proper place soon!

Getting data

Open question: is there any data about this that we can use? Or do we need to look at the news? For Flanders: https://vaccinatiecentra.vlaanderen.be/ - Joost has asked them about an open data license. They said we can absolutely use the data, and will add proper license info soon.
