Use generator:place=roof or location=roof for solar modules on a roof

See https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/location=roof#combinations. location=roof is much more common than generator:place=roof. Also the place key/namespace is usually not used for defining a vertical placement, see place=*. Kjon (talk) 18:35, 17 April 2024 (UTC)
