Welcoming The Grantees
In the beginning of the meeting, we were welcoming all the top 7 selected grantees for Booster Grant 2022.
Technical Aspects Presentation for the Grantees
- Each grantee hear the presentation about how are the next steps of this Booster Grant activity.
- Each grantee needs to submit their agreement letter between POI and the grantees before 12 January 2023
- Facilitating team has created a google drive folders for each grantee so they can learn more about the technical aspects of this activity, including on how they must provide several reports, project agreements, financial templates, videos and pictures documentation, and etc.
Short Introduction Between The Grantees and Their Mentors
- Each grantee will have one mentor to help them achieve their community goals and supervise them on conducting their community activity.
- Mentors also responsible for maintain and supervise each grantee in terms of deliverables, reports, and especially to oversee the budget usage.
- After this meeting, each grantee could start their discussion with their own mentor immediately.
- There will be one field visit session for one or two communities between February - March 2023.
