New Business

  • Meetings with almost all the big potential donors
  • Ask is money or data / in-kind
  • Asking for multi year commitment
  • Open question is how LCs and OSMF will 'compete' for funds. For now, each have their own focus.
• Elections 2021
  • Draft schedule on wiki
  • Reintroducing the bylaws amendment for term limits
  • Low turn out last year, quite likely due to stale email information How do other LCs do this? Perhaps establish a virtual door knocking team?
  • How do we start the staggering of terms? This needs to be voted on
  • Could be a special election
  • Alyssa thinks we should have more executive orders
