Rework learnOSM

The work by Blake, Melanie and Michael concerning TM3 / mobile mapping / OSM data is still ongoing. Ralph raised the question how detailed our guides should be. He particularly addressed the Tasking Manager Admin Guide. The discussion resulted in the guideline that any tutorials which are directly related to OpenStreetMap and HOT's work with OSM may well be covered by learnOSM. Exhaustive tables and related reference work is better suited for the wiki.

Russell will investigate whether material from his TM3 project management workshop can be integrated in learnOSM.

Other Business

Blake mentioned that we do not have feedback whether our training material (learnOSM, video tutorials) is really helpful. He asked whether we should try to set up a project where people who are completely new to humanitarian mapping should be asked to work through the material and report their experience. As a consequence it turned out that providing a guideline for suggested reading might be a first step to provide orientation. Michael said that he will draft such a page on the staging site for review. Ralph added that the different Missing Maps checklists can provide helpful insight and shared the links.
