country-specific reference

I would avoid using ref:nms if it, as this does appear to be, is a country-specific acronym. Otherwise there could be confusion with a different usage of the acronym NMS anywhere else in the world. I'd go for ref:IE:nms instead - Jnicho02 (talk) 09:49, 6 April 2022 (UTC)
