Decent proposal, but currently quite specialized towards French infrastructure. Hi, this is a very good comment. I've completed the proposal and particularly the Where do I find such data? chapter.

All examples pictures had been took outside of HT facilities or during picture-allowed public visits.

Indicative plates zooming had been got from the outside with optics or allowed by grid operators staff.

Rationale

That's right. I've add additional details about this. The main benefits are : provide a better tagging model to guide consumers if they wish to describe power transformers and improve data quality and completeness about power networks designs. Fanfouer (talk) 18:01, 7 August 2017 (UTC)
