Used for a hectometre stone along a waterway.
The stones are usually 200 m apart therefore use the numbers 2,4,6,8.
Only one stone with a cross can be placed in the middle between the kilometer stones, use the numbers 5 for this.
How to map
For the virtual hectometre point in the river
Place a point directly on the way that represents the waterway and add the following:
- seamark:type=distance_mark - OpenSeaMap/Distance_Marks
- seamark:distance_mark:category=not_installed - virtual river hectometre
- seamark:distance_mark:distance=number
- seamark:distance_mark:units=hectometres
For the pole/board on the shore
To map the shield, draw a node and add the following:
- seamark:type=distance_mark - OpenSeaMap/Distance_Marks
- seamark:distance_mark:category=pole/board/unknown_shape
- seamark:distance_mark:distance=number
- seamark:distance_mark:units=hectometres
Rendering on OpenSeaMap
The black circles are the milestones or the hectometre stone (hm1), the colored circles are the virtual kilometre points.
