基本上是不会的，因为地级市填写人口后权重大于辖区，你可以看一下上海周边，或者是东京都会圈。这样使用是考虑到1.它是县级单位；2.方便大城市远郊区显示 --Austin Zhu (talk) 07:58, 6 October 2017 (UTC)

place除了标注在行政中心（政府所在位置），是否可以增加其他选择？有些地方的政府在比较偏僻的位置，与人们熟知的地域中心位置不同。根据Key:place：“position a node at the recognized centre of the place, which may be location of the town hall, central square, or similar for a populated place.” 和 Place：“A place can be both a single node tagged with place=* roughly in the perceived centre of the place, for example the town or village square to the central in terms of facilities and/or transport routes or next any appropriate central monument.”，建议更改描述为：

   带有place=*标签的node应该标注在该地区被广泛熟知和认可的中心地点，例如政府所在位置、中央广场或其他合适的中心性纪念物等。
