Where is the city relative to the city_limit sign?

In case I create a node with traffic_sign=city_limit + city_limit=both + name=X tags on a bidirectional road mapped as a single way, how would I specify which direction is "begin" and which is "end" for this sign? Navigation software should have possibility to announce "You're entering X" or "You're leaving X". Alexey.zakharenkov (talk) 21:13, 3 May 2020 (UTC)
