Mapping Allen County

This is my first major OSM mapping effort and would appreciate someone double checking my work and providing feedback/guidance.

2016-04-16: I added the Auglaize Township boundary (southeast corner of Allen County). JOSM gave verification warnings for the boundary overlapping the highways (Auglaize County Road on the south, South Cool Road on the northwest, South Hardin Road on the north). I'm not sure how to resolve this since the boundary way and the highway way do indeed overlap. This does not seem to be a problem on Harding Hwy (north) and Sante Fe Road (southwest) and I'm not sure why. Any guidance/thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.
