Inappropriate for armchair mapping

How can "Fix deprecated/incorrect tags on historic=* features" possibly be suitable for maproulette? How can someone tell what the correct tagging for something is when only looking at aerial imagery?

Also, the link from https://maproulette.org/browse/challenges/27616 appears to be broken.
