Hello, the purpose of this proposal was to start a discussion around the issue of stale data - which I believe should be addressed to avoid data irrelevancy.

I was not planning in moving this proposal forward to a vote/rfc based on the tepid feedback received. If there is interest, I would be happy to revisit. --European water (talk) 08:28, 10 February 2021 (UTC)
