Distinguishing identically numbered L roads

L roads need to be distinguished by the name of the responsible local authority. Each City / County / City and County Council numbers its local roads in its own, independent series. Thus there can be 30+ different roads numbered L1001. -- Viator (talk) 15:12, 2 April 2015 (UTC)
