Time-dependent hazard

Speaking for Germany, hazard=queues_likely often comes along with an additional text sign, for example "Monday to Friday, 6:00-8:00 h" when queues only occur during morning rush hour. In this case, I think, using conditional restrictions would be the correct way to tag a highway=*. For my example above: hazard:conditional=queues_likely @ (Mo-Fr 06:00-08:00). I add this to the German translation. I don't know if this also applies to other countries and therefore should be added to the English page. -- BlueG (talk) 11:33, 10 January 2021 (UTC)
